Consistent exercise, which includes cardio, strength and some flexibility. I know time is an issue due to having a new baby, so my suggestion is to mix cardio and strength training. This will build muscle mass and burn fat, plus give you the much needed energy to be with your loved one. I have some great videos called Get Your Body Back and Lose The Belly Flab which does all of this and is specially geared to new moms like you! Remember your diet is important as 80 percent of your efforts depend on your diet, but you can’t do one without the other. Eat a clean, well balanced diet that’s low in bad fats and sugar but big in fruits, veggies, whole grains and lean protein.
