im planning on starting the diet next week but do you think its safe for a 13 year old??

This is absolutely not safe for a teenager, especially as young as 13. Please consult your parents and your physician if you have concerns about your weight, they are best equipped to support you and your needs.

i think its fine for a teenager. if adults can do it why cant we? we all have the same organs and we all run the same way. but i wouldnt do it as long, maybe 5 says instead of 10.
