Diets in Review Question

I'm getting ready to start Cycle 3 on the 17 Day Diet..

Can I go back and do Cycle 1 and 2 again to keep losing as much weight as quickly as I can. I have a total of about 50 lbs. to lose.

I certainly hope so,cos that is what I am going to do,too....I need to lose about 60 lbs. :o/

I just started and bought the book and cd and they keep saying you can go back to 1 when ever you want to.
