im 32 weeks pregnant can i do the 17 day diet?

I bout the book today and I'm very excited to get started but I'm 32 weeks pregnant should I wait until I deliver or will I be fine?

Your baby needs all the nourishment it can get. This diet, or any diet, isn't recommended for pregnant or nursing mothers. In my opinion, wait a while after pregnancy even.. your body has been through a lot growing a child. You can always find a suitable exercise program though, and make good food choices. I would hold off on the dieting.
