Diets in Review Question
I really need some guidance and motivation. Can you help?

I am a 37 year old mother of 3 and grandmother of 1, I have fibromyalgia and digenitive disk diease in my back I take 300mg of lyrica a day, one of the side effects is wight gain. I work at a hotel as a housekeeper and am always in pain. I feel like a lot of it in my back is because of all the weight I have put. I know I don't eat right. I really need some guidance and motivation. Can you help???
