i have been on hgc for ten days and have developed serious nose bleeds at night, why???

I am male 50 yrs taking HGC drops for the first time, waking up at night with what I thought was a cold coming on because I had a runny nose, only to turn the light on and find it is blood, what a mess, its happened two nights in a row. Whats going on?
