I cannot have soy, and kefer has soy so what can I have in replacement

I have a certain type of cancer, ,I cannot have any soy and kefir has soy product in it

Kefir is a cultured dairy product, and should not contain soy. For example, Lifeway Organic Kefir does not contain soy. If you cannot find soy-free Kefir at your local grocery store, consider making your own at home. There are many recipes available.
