I saw Kefir at Homeland, it is basically a liquidfied yogurt(I think). I've been using low-fat, sugar free Blue Bunny. The greek ones are supposed to be great. I have not tried them yet. Good luck on staring on Monday, I started a week ago Monday 5/16/2011. Will report tomorrow my weight loss. I'm already feeling better, feel like I have lost some inches, however I did not measure those. I will feel them in my clothes, trust me, lol.

Kefir can be found in a lot of supermarkets usually near the yogurt section. It's in a tall bottle. You can have Yogurt, any type, including Greek-style, sugar-free fruit flavored, plain, and low-fat (6oz. container = 1 serving). Hope this helps.
