tryin to make my baking helthier. appreciate tips!

Hi Ginger. I've never used applesauce in place of sugar. I usually use applesauce in place of butter or oil. I don't know that you'd be able to sub applesauce for sugar b/c of the moisture, but you could look to Truvia or Stevia - a natural sugar substitute.
