Diets in Review Question

My son and daughter are 10 and 12 and they're weight is starting to concern me. I'm working on changing the way our hole house eats and they're just so picky. I'm really strugglign with this but whant to do it FOR THEM! They're happy kids... I want them to be HEALTHY and happy kids!

I would suggest hiring a personal trainer; kids never listen to their parents. Maybe someone else would have more influence on them. If that is too expensive start a weightloss challenge that everyone in the household is involved in and have an incentive that will make them work towards their goals. For example the winner recieves a $50 gift card to their favorite store or gets to pick the location of the next family vacation. Once they start trying to lose the weight and eat right compliment them on their appearance. Good Luck!
