McDonalds's oatmeal nutrition facts are shared on their corporate site: http://nutrition.mcdonalds.com/nutrition1/itemDetailInfo.do?itemID=1500. The 9.2-ounce serving "fully loaded" with apples, cranberry raisin blend, and light cream yields 290 calories, 4.5 grams of fat, 32 grams of sugar. If you're looking for a healthy breakfast, this isn't it. There is more sugar in this than a standard Snickers bar, and an egg McMuffin has only 10 more calories. Make it yourself and you'll be much better off.
