No HTML please.
The answer is in the question itself - not safe. By the time enough weight is lost for surgery, heath is compromised already. This diet has not taught you how to eat for a healthy life after surgery. Best to check out the Nestle labels and ask yourself how healthy??? Best to stir-fry a pound of veggies with 3-4 oz lean meat; or see a certified nutritionist NOT dietician. Remember to shop the outer aisles!!!
