LA IS A GREAT PROGRAM! I DID IT ONCE BEFORE AT A CENTER AND LOST A LOT OF WEIGHT BUT, THEN I HAD SURGERY AND HAD TO STOP FOR AWHILE. WHEN I WAS GOING TO GO BACK THEY WERE CLOSED. I HAVE NOW BEGAN THE ONLINE AUTO SHIP AND HAVE LOST 1 LB EVERYDAY!

Immediately! A great program that you can do without buying anything! I lost 30 lbs in 9 months and kept it off until I got pregnant. Gonna start again
