It is a Karma Necklace (what goes around comes around) you can order one on dogearded jewels and gifts. My daughter wears one everyday, never takes it off..Good Luck
you can also get it from zoe chicco.. it may be more expensive but i also have been wanting something like it and just ordered mine in silver!
