Dropping acid the reflux diet cure

Hi Margaret,
did you ever try the so delicious coconut milk a dairy free alternative, I started the induction phase today and am wandering if that would be a good non dairy alternative? My second question is were you allowed any other fruits in the first two weeks except for bananas and melons?
Any advice appreciated!

In the first two weeks, stick to just bananas and melons. After that you can slowly add more fruit back into your diet, but you should continue to avoid citrus. Most dairy alternatives are fine, including so delicious coconut milk, just be aware of your fat intake. Coconut milk usually has a higher fat content than other dairy alternatives.
