There is about 400mg of caffeine in this product, per dose. Green teas have far more caffeine concentration than darker tea varieties. There would be a little more than 60mg/dose of caffeine in this product (less than a standard cup of coffee).
I read on a website that: All ingredients have been review and are exceedingly safe as there are extracts from foods and a few of them contain green tea which
will contain an amount of caffeine approximately equivalent to a half cup of regular coffee.
Hopes this help. I have been taking it for 3 days. More energy and less appetite for sure so far. Hopefully it will stay this way.
after weight loss does weght gain doble once u stop taking lachi
Ive taken only a few of these so far and it gave me a super bad stomach ache, think I need to stop them.. sucks after spending $25 on them.
