Do you have menu plans specifically tailored to persons who have undergone gastric by pass surgery ?

I need to eat high protein and cannot eat alot of food at any one meal or one sitting. Do you have diets that work for post gastric bypass surgery patient? I had gastric bypass surgery six years ago and have started putting weight back on. Thank you for answering my question.
