Cynthia does not recommend soy as it is often processed and can be an allergen. If whey is a problem you can use hemp, pea, or rice proteins as well.
No soy products but you can use hemp.
You can use Hemp Protein powder as an alternative to Whey Protein powder.
Soy is not specified as an option. I also notice that while coconut milk, almond milk, rice milk, and hemp milk are options on the program, soy milk is NOT. I don't know the reasons for this, but I would say no, do not use soy instead of whey for the shakes.
