Can I use PINK Method with disabilities like disc degeneration and sciatica?

can i use this program even though i have a disabilty.? i have severe disc degeneration and siatica?
i was in a wheelchair for almost .i am walking now but have siatica and severe disk degeneration ...i take no pain pills .i learned to live with the pain i need to lose 40-50 lbs ...can i still do this program even though my left leg has nerve damage and is weaker than my right leg thank you
