Can anyone tell me how I can get onto MTV's "I Used to Be Fat"?

I'm fourteen and I weigh like 225 pounds. I am 5'4 I would do anything to be on the show. I started getting fat after my father passed away and I really need help. Can anyone tell me how I can get onto the show?
