Best exercise for a 42-year-old woman for a size 0?

Whats the best exercise for 42 years young with my female tubes tided? I am aiming to get back to my size 0 a
I start taking the name brand "Adipex-P". While on my diet I am going to stick to the low calorie Adkins Diet.

The best exercise is something that you enjoy and what you will most importantly stick with. I would recommend a balanced exercise program consisting of strength training (to build lean muscle mass which will increase your metabolism enabling you to burn more calories at rest), cardiovascular training (burning calories for fuel and shredding fat plus strengthening the heart muscles) and flexibility training (lengthens the muscles which helps you move with ease and prevent future injuries). If time is an issue then combine all three with some circuit training. I personally have a few workouts likes this called the 6 Minute Quick Blast Method Calorie Burn and Fat Blaster.
