Are Hydroxycut Instant Drink Packets safe for a 14 year old?

Well I'm 14 and I weigh 150 so I'm really overweight and I wanna try it but I'm not sure if it's safe ? I read the reviews and some people had side effects but I don't really mind being a little sick but I'm worried it might do some serious damage..

Most caffeine supplements are NOT safe for those under 18 years old. It's not good for your body. Being 14, you body will adapt to a lifestyle of exercise and healthy eating quicker than those that are older. If you feel as if you tried exercise and eating healthy for a significant amount of time without results, see your doctor.
You may have a thyroid problem, and weightloss supplements will make this worse. However, a lot of people underestimate the power of consistent exercise and a healthy diet!
