Dani Stone is a busy mother of two who is constantly looking for ways to introduce healthy food in to her family’s diet. With a daughter who will only allow raisins and bananas in her fruit pyramid and a son who’s constantly trying to sneak Pop-Tarts in to the grocery cart, she’s got her work cut out for her. Her best trick yet - mulching up baby spinach leaves and adding to every recipe from pasta sauce to scrambled eggs.
Dani is a freelance writer and published author who readily admits her best ideas come when she’s away from her desk, walking down a sunlit path, or jogging on the treadmill. If you’re beside her at the gym, she’s the one humming a Bon Jovi song one minute and Bruno Mars the next.
Dani wishes yoga was a competitive sport because she’s not coordinated enough for gymnastics but her warrior pose is pretty fierce. She believes the long slow stretches of yoga are beneficial to the mind, body, and keeping her nagging back pain at bay.
Dani was an English major at Newman University before switching gears and graduating with a bachelor's of science in business administration.

Their role is to guide us through our weight loss journey by challenging us to work harder, demonstrating proper technique, answering questions, and giving the all-important pep talk. Unfortunately, they can also be overzealous, insensitive, inappropriate, and downright rude. If you have a bad [...]
