Brandi Koskie has a love for life that extends to living healthy. She enjoys finding new and interesting ways to infuse her cooking and recipes with flavor and nutrition and is always on the prowl for a tasty new treat that is at least somewhat guilt free. Brandi is a proud alum of the University of Oklahoma, from which she earned a bachelors degree in journalism. Her nutrition education comes from the school of hard knocks- in that she's a scavenger for health and wellness information and is always on top of the latest news and trends.
Brandi also believes that good health is influenced through giving. She gives back to her home community in many ways, her favorite is a more than three-year relationship with a young girl she mentors. She calls Wichita, KS home, where she lives with her husband and toddler daughter.
