since i stopped rigerously working out 3 years ago.

all kinds of fruit, chicken, salad

My guiltiest pleasure:

Ice cream!! And cereal!

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I like to be confident in everything i do. Whether i'm at home or in public!

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Keeping healthy food in my house.
  • Going to the gym regularly.
  • Having healthly friends.

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Kickboxing.
Yoga.
Zumba.
Running.
EVERYTHING! i love the gym!

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • winning and participating in many tournaments for sport tkd.
  • Getting ahead in school.
