About Me:

I am a mother of three interested in a healthy way to maintain a healthy weight. I don't have a lot of time for exercise.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Loosing weight 15-20 lbs.
  • Attending and graduating nursing school.
  • Being a good mom and wife.

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

Since after the birth of my third child.

My favorite healthy food:

Grilled and/or steamed vegetables. I love grilled chicken, too.

My guiltiest pleasure:

Any type of dark chocolate and occassional ice cream.

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to live longer and healthier for my kids. I am a 43 year old mother with a 20 year old, 4 year old and 1 year old.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Walking when possible.
  • Eat low calorie meals.
  • Take dietary supplements.

My favorite activity at the gym is:

gym?? ha, ha I guess treadmill if, I went.

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • My kids!
