Saturday Morning Drills: The Lower Body Blitz

This move may not look difficult, but 30 seconds in and you'll be singing a different tune. Start by getting into a "runner's start" position by putting your right leg forward and your left leg back and bending down over your right knee, placing your hands on either side of your foot. Then, start rising up as if you were about to take off and then lowing back down. Repeat this move as many times as you can for 60 seconds, focusing on breathing and stretching to get the most out of the exercise. Switch legs and repeat.
