Saturday Morning Drills: The Lower Body Blitz

This move mocks an ice skater making large strides to each side in order to gain speed.

Start by jumping to your right side and landing on your right foot, also reaching your left hand down toward your right foot, and keeping your left leg mostly straight and extending it out beyond you. Hold this position for 1 count and then rise up slightly and jump to the other side and repeat. Each lunge is 1 rep - complete a total of 30.
