About The Dukan Diet

Phase four is the final stage of the program. This stage lasts for the rest of your life. Some of the rules of this phase include eat three tablespoons of oat bran each day and keep your activity level high. Lastly you should have a protein only day every Thursday. You can pick a different day if you choose, but it is important to observe that day consistently every week. You must avoid a sedentary lifestyle so that you don't start to regain back the weight you've lost. You need to avoid too much fat, and continue with the basic rules of the consolidation phase.

Take your time when eating and enjoy your food. This will help you realize when you're actually full. If you start to regain weight, have two protein days per week instead of just one. This should help you get back on track.
