About The Dukan Diet

Phase 1 Attack Exercise Exercise is absolutely necessary during this phase. The diet requires you to walk at a brisk pace for 20 minutes each day while on phase one.

Phase 2 Cruise Exercise You continue with your walking exercise in this phase as well. Instead of 20 minutes daily, your walking is bumped up to 30 minutes each day.

Phase 3 Consolidation Exercise Exercise continues through this phase with a little break. You walk for 25 minutes per day, every day. You can definitely walk for longer if you have the time.

Phase 4 Stabilization Exercise To keep the weight off for the rest of your life, keeping active is one of the keys. For exercise in this final stage, it is recommended that you walk briskly for 20 minutes each day. Some of the other recommendations are to never take the elevator or escalator.
