My favorite way to work out is to feel like...Im MS AMERICA and do whatever...I can to keep on moving and to keep my heart rate up...I love playing music and just dreaming of what...I will become if I keep on reaching for my goals as to me a work out is not complete unless... I win the crown : )

As long as I'm outside, I'm happy. I love chasing my kids around the playground, hiking, running, biking, etc.

I enjoy variety in my workouts but my absolute favorite activities are yoga and nature walks.

I don't really have a favorite way to work out! Running is my most frequent choice, but I like some variety so that I don't get bored with whatever I'm doing and can challenge new muscles.

I love to workout with friends in a group setting. Bootcamps and great classes at the gym are always the best way for me to enjoy a good workout.
