My favorite way to workout is at home with a good circuit training DVD or a workout from the Nike Training Club app!

I enjoy the treadmill! I walk at an incline, run (slowly) or just walk! I also use the elliptical and weightlifting equipment. I recently took my first spin class and am always looking for new things to push myself!

I enjoy walking my pug and on cold days walking on a treadmill. I have always been interested in rebounding for the numerous health benefits.

I take my dog for walks around the block... or rather she takes Me for walks! She's a terrier and she's always pulling me to go faster.

I LOVE rebounding & would be so happy I'd cry if I won this prize package! I bought my rebounder on Craigslist to see if I liked it. I lost 15 lbs and an 1.5 inch from my waistline this year from rebounding! Would have been more had I not broken my ankle (from stupidity, not on the mini trampoline). Rebounding is the only thing I've been able to stick with. I've been going through some serious rebounding withdrawal. I can't wait to get back to the Basic Bounce!!! :)

I run! But I've been thinking a rebounder would be awesome for a low impact cross-training option. Plus I could do it in front of the tv! ;)
