Tricep Dips

15 Reps in 15 Minutes

You don't need a bench to do tricep dips. Just lift one leg to allow your body to dip lower to the ground. Start by getting in a "crab walk" position with hands facing toward your body. Then, lift your right leg and dip down to engage your tricep. One dip is one rep - complete a total of 15 with each leg.
