15 Reps in 15 Minutes

Around the world lunges are a great break from traditional lunges and tone practically all of the muscles in the leg. Start by lunging forward, then to the right side, then to the back. Then switch legs, lunge backward, then to the left side, then to the front. (Imagine your legs traveling in a clockwise pattern.) This is one rep - complete a total of 15.
