15 Reps in 15 Minutes

Finish up with an ab workout. Sit on your bottom and then lift your legs and arms off the ground, finding a good balancing spot. Then, with arms tucked in close to your body, begin twisting from side to side, twisting as far in each direction as you can while engaging your abdominals. One twist to each side is one rep - complete a total of 15.
