10 Ways to Solidify Your Fitness Routine

Some people love to be drenched in sweat by the time their workout is finished while others are satisfied with feeling winded from a brisk walk.

You don't have to make your workout so difficult that you never want to do it again. In fact, that's the opposite of what you want. Instead, aim to establish a fitness routine that simply challenges you and gets you moving.

Aim for at least 30 minutes a day 5 times a week. The level of intensity is left up to you. You can even go 3 days hard and 2 days light for variety and a little rest in between more difficult sessions.
