10 Ways to Solidify Your Fitness Routine

Stepping outside of your comfort zone is important for two reasons: 1) It allows you to try something new that you otherwise wouldn't have known about, and 2) It helps prevent boredom - the ultimate workout saboteur.

Try new activities, such as boxing or Zumba, so exercise stays exciting and adventurous. Doing so prevents fitness from feeling like something you're simply checking off the to-do list.

The second you get bored with your workout routine, the more likely you are to stop doing it altogether. Not to mention, if you're bored your body is probably bored, therefore it's not being challenged and you're likely hitting a plateau.
