OMG!!!! this diet is the only diet that works so well. Every one didnt believe how much i lost in 1 week, not even my mom and we all did it together. I lost 20ib in that 1 week. believe it or not. Everybody noticed, and it was a very good feeling after completing it. It is a very good diet if you want to lose about 17 ibs
* for the fruits i just ate watermelon and cantelope, and i drank a lot of cranberry. I also didnt eat the soup because i thought it tasted bad.

well, i don't wanna dissapoint anyone who's really excited about this diet, however, sorry to break up to you but i gotta inform you some side effects....i did this diet strickly for one week and i've lost 10 lbs!!! i was really happy, so after i finished i went back to my regular food (nothing fried nor greasy and stuff, really healthy) i even stopped eating after 6 pm. well, guess what happened the next day when i weighted myself, i went over 5-7lbs!!!! i couldn't believe it!!! so the following day i decided to begin this diet again so i treated myself (i regret it so much) with wendy's (i had a 99 cent burger and a wrap) and i went back up to my old weight, i mean...so i did it again but once i got down to 10 lbs, my weight just wouldn't go down anymore, it didn't matter how much soup or how stricktly i followed the diet. i'm just letting you from my experience. i was so excited how my weight was going down but later i become to realize that as much as i went down, its really easy to go back up.

Today was day 1 of this diet, I have my sister doing it with me and so far all is ok. Ive had 3 bowls of soup, some cranberry juice, a cup of herbal tea and about 5 small mandarin oranges today. Im stuffed but I so want something non fruit or soup!! lol I have had to go pee like crazy today! looking forward to baked potato tomorrow night

WELL TODAY WAS MY FIRST DAY I DIDNT CHEAT THANK GOD BUT IT IS HARD FOR ME. I WORK WITH A WHOLE BUNCH OF PEOPLE THAT BRING IN COOKIES AND CAKES THAT IS THE HARDEST.... I am on day 6 of the diet and I feel great. A little tip for the people who asked about the recipe is to put a large can of chicken broth fat free and a large can of beef broth fat free. If you can't find a large can of beef broth just use two. I didn't add any water, just use enough broth. I just broils the veggies in water prior to adding it to the soup. It worked out great and the curry power gave it the kick it needed. Other than that I lost 7 lbs by the 3rd day and I can't wait to see what it says on the last day. The only thing with this diet is that I don't know what to eat after this week is over! I have another 15 or so lbs to lose so wish me luck.

Well I am on day 4 and this really has been a good challenge. I am hoping that this will help shape my eating habits and achieve my idea body weight. Today was kind of tough and I have been experiencing headaches instead of feeling energized but I am not going to give up. Good luck to all of you:) I really feel this diet is actually not bad for you but gives you a different outlook on food choices.

Today is day 6 and I am feeling great! I have a lot of energy, and I do not feel hungry... Today I ate the remainder of the soup. Unfortunately there is no more left... However, i am still planning on going through with Day 7 everything but soup. In addition to the remainder of the soup I ate broccoli.... three little heads. And drinking lots of water. Tonight, when i get home from library, I will have one green squash (the one that looks like cucumber) and the last tomato. Can't wait to weigh myself! :)

I really like the idea of this diet and it works great!



For everyone who thinks it tastes disgusting, change the beef broth (no fat) to chicken broth (no fat), I tried that and i personally feel it tastes much better and you still get great results!

hello I only made it to he 6th day because I was getting sick and blacked out......so I didnt want to go any further with it.....the whole morning yesterday I was shaky and sweating........but I did lose 6 pounds and inches of my waist...my shirts fit better and so does my pants.....I feel bad for giving up.....but my body just gave up on me.....Its worth the try...

Day 2 was not tough at all! I did NOT feel hungry although was looking foward to Day 5's meat :) I had a medium head of cauliflower (boiled and then boiled some more IN the soup while I was heating up the soup) and some soup. I DID have more energy and i was drinking lots of H2O :)



Day 3 went without hunger pangs even though I ate less. I had only two medium bowls of soup and 6 brussel sprouts (they were actually really good as long as they are not overcooked - about 5-6 mins boiling)! I further ate a whole personal size watermelon and the other half of pineapple... That's all I needed!



On Day 4 I was praising the maker of this diet for including bananas! I really needed something more satisfying in my system. I had soup in the morning... three bananas throughout the day when i was feeling hungry and mucho soup at night (because I was writing a paper for 8 straight hours, I felt starving). I did power yoga for an hour.



Today is Day 5 and I was able to have some beef! Yay, right? Not so... Because the beef that I bought was 85% fat free, there were those 15% persky percent of fat that made me feel a bit sick because I have not been eating ANYTHING fatty for a while! I added ground beef to the soup and it tasted it great, but now i wish I ate less of it... seeing fat circles on the surface of the soup made additionally sick. Tonight when I come home I will eat 3 tomatoes with peppers and salt. No exercise, just lots of mental activity.



Cannot wait to weight myself on Sunday! I miss fruits...

I started the diet yesterday and It wasn't too bad, the soup tastes really good....but it does get boring.....anyhow it's been o.k. I had 3 apples and grapes and 2 bowls of soup....i'm on day 2 and am looking forward to my potato and butter.....I started with the 135lb. weight and let's see how much I lose....It's only 7 days....and my wedding is in 46 days.......AGHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!! wish me luck.

I don't know if this will be helpful, but I'll publish a little review of each day of this diet just to let people know how hard or how easy it will hopefully get to go through the diet! I am on Day 1 and cooked a huge pot of soup. I am starving. The soup tastes absolutely delicious = kind of like minestrone. I am also having half a pineapple today and probably will have a kiwi later on. Today is tough, let's see if tomorrow is easier! Oh, and not drinking is a whammy. I went out to a bar tonight to see someone play a show and I could not drink alcohol... I drank water.

I love it! This is my third time doing this diet. I first did it to drop those last ten pounds after having a child and it worked. The second time was after my second child and it worked then, too. So, here I am again doing it to break myself out of a weight plateau. The soup tastes great. Given it does get old- as anything would after eating it for several days straight. The trick to making it taste good is seasoning. Good luck everybody:)
