Do You Know the Best Diet Pills of 2024?

BACKGROUNDBACKGROUND

Just the mention of a product coming from the Amazon has the overtones of possessing mysterious health benefits. Acai (pronounced ah-sigh-ee) is the high-energy berry of a special Amazon palm tree. Its nutritional benefits are so powerful, Dr. Nicholas Perricone lists it as one of his top 10 Super Foods at Oprah's Web site.

Studies have shown that the Acai berry is one of the more nutritious and powerful foods on the planet. Harvested in the rainforests of Brazil, Acai tastes like a mix of berries and chocolate. Hidden within its purple pigment is what makes it the perfect energy fruit. Acai is packed full of antioxidants, amino acids and essential fatty acids. You probably won't find it in your local supermarket, but you may have better luck at health food stores, or from the many products springing up online.

The benefits of Acai are purported to be good for detoxing and maintaining optimal health for balancing your pH level. Proper pH balance is vital to our immune health and for disease prevention and correction. Other benefits you'll enjoy:

  • Acai has a high concentration of antioxidants that combat premature aging. It has 10 times the antioxidants that red grapes have, and as much as 30 times the anthocyanins of red wine. Anthocyanins may have antioxidant effects, possibly fighting cancer, diabetes, and bacterial infections, to name a few.
  • Healthy monounsaturated fats, dietary fiber and phytosterols together help promote cardiovascular and digestive health.
  • An amino acid complex in conjunction with valuable trace minerals, help with muscular health.

INGREDIENTSINGREDIENTS

Each Acai product will vary in its ingredients. Be sure to look for Acai products that are all-natural, and do not include a long list of other ingredients. Acai in its purest form is most effective.

Acai comes in many forms, including the whole berry, juices, powders, capsules and pills, food items and more.

EXERCISEEXERCISE

Like any weight loss product, you should commit to a consistent exercise regimen. Be sure to look for Acai products that support a balanced and active lifestyle.

CONCLUSIONCONCLUSION

Exotic health foods, like the Acai berry, can provide untapped health benefits, if you can afford it. For whatever reason, these organic products are often on the steep side. But what else is more important than your health? If you can find room in your budget, a product like Acai is worth exploring.

I ordered the Extreme Acai trial, then cancelled it...received a bottle..and was charged full price, along with charges that I don't know what they are. I'd suggest going to a health food store instead of purchasing online. I ordered a different and received two items that I didn't realize I had opted to get. They did offer me a partial credit. I sent and email to the Extreme Acai customer service and it came back.

I am going to get a bottle I realize it is not a true free trial if you don't cancel in the first 14 days but I think i will stay for three months and see how it goes. I will fill you in.

I've only tried this product for the last 5 days, but have energy galore! It hasn't helped me lose any pounds yet, but with all this energy I have, hopefully I'll drop some soon! By the way, I bought my acai at Wal Mart after reading all of the warnings which I almost fell for. Thanks!

Thanks everyone for your honesty. I was going to order the trial, but I hate subscription pills in any way, shape, or form. Thanks for letting me know. I'll probably go to Super Supplements or GNC to try a version out of it.

I just went to GNC online and ordered a bottle of Acai pills. The ingredients were few, and mostly all natural. 60 capsules for 14.99, even less if you have a Gold Card. It was easy and GNC stands behind their products, so I would recommend using their website if you just have to order online. These other "free trial" sites are usually scams.

GUYS! As simple is this...Don't you remember all these differents products that suppose to do the same as Acai?! Like the goji juice the Noni Juice and go on....They all have some magic bullet weight lost and health benefit...Well...LOOSE FAST GAIN FAST !!Logically this is some new trend...All you have to do is too EAT HEALTHY! Keep you fat intake lower then 30% of your total calorie for a 2000 calorie diet. Eat at least 5 cups of fruits& vegetables a day. 3 cups of milk or/and dairy products a day(LOW FAT). you need about 6 gram of whole grain a day. Protein is about 5 1/2 oz a day. Go look on my Pymarid .gov . They have great tools to help you with your healthy diet.
And plesae don't waste your money on all these scam...Go to your local store and buy HEALTHY WHOLE FOOD. Reduce the process food with High Trans fat and High saturated Fat. And ALSO exercise at least 60 to 75 min a day to keep the weight off. It doesn't have to be at the GYM. By walking up the stairs, park you car far from the front door of whatever you go. Or use your bike when possible.Accumulate all these minutes of exercise in a day and you'll see. Drink some Green tea with meal. And it's available at any local or health food store. Think about the asian they have a low rate of obesity. Look at their diet. Eat fish once to twice a week instead of meat.
Really simple if you following through...Believe in yourself and not these BOGUS diet. Take as a supplement if you want. But blueberries as the same great benefit.

Three months ago I was introduced to the Acai Berry and the wonders of it's magic. I was soooo skeptical! I already eat fairly healthy and exercise about 2 hours a week (which is NOT enough), but my Mom insisted that I start taking it, or at least try it since heart disease and cancer run in the family. My Mom is a dietitian at our local Hospital, and she's the one that heard about it.

I am a 21 y/o female, 5'4" tall at 162 lbs... In three months I have shed 24 lbs, I'm not down to 138 lbs, my skin has cleared up and feels much softer, I've started having REGULAR periods and it has to helped me to feel more energized and focused. I mix one to two ounces in with my morning shake and that's it.

If you're skeptical like I was... just try it and see if it's for you. Maybe it doesn't work for everyone, since everyone is so different. But it definitely worked for me and I'm stickin to it!!! I would like to lose about 5-10 more pounds before my wedding in February of 09'!!!!

DO NOT BUY THIS STUFF ONLINE THOUGH!! IT'S A SCAM!!! You can find this stuff at Walmart and some GNCs carry it.

I order yesterday and found out that you must call different numbers to cancel your subscriptions. Not only to you need to cancel the acai berry 87.91, 877-350-8480, you need to cancel the fit factory and the price limbo subscriptions or your card will be charge 29.95 for fit factory 866-407-1022 and the 8.50 for price limbo [email protected]. Make sure that you are firm with them that they remove the charges.

I ordered the trial today and then I called the phone number to cancel but it didn't work so, I found another number for them and it cut me off after an electronic voice answered. I then called my bank to cancel my credit card. Bad business

I looked around online and did some research. I purchase all of my suppliments through vitacost.com, therefore looked there also. They have a cap that is fairly inexpensive. I just received it but haven't taken it yet.. but NSI makes an excellent product. I will you know how well it works.

I was lucky. Right after I ordered the product I read the terms. WhenI cancelled I had them sign for the unused product I sent back and that's what saved me so I got a credit back. It is a big scam. I looked them up on the Better Business bureau and it's not pretty.

Hey guys i just started reading up on this new supplement and i have to say I'm a little skeptical but also intrigued. It seems like it's pretty similar to Goji fruit and other fruits I've tried, so I put in an order for the free 15-day trial at vitalacai.com. I know, I know, it's sort of a scam because they immediately place an automatic charge each month on your credit card ($78.91 to be exact) so unless you cancel your subscription within a couple of days (and waste a couple hours on customer service; been through it for other products before) you'll be paying a very steep price for this "miracle" supplement. On the plus side, other supplements found online on Amazon.com or other stores are not as expensive and seem like they give you more bang for your buck. Hopefully it will do at least something, if not help me shed those 10 pounds i've gained recently :).

P.S. If you decide to send for the Vital Acai free trial bottle, DO NOT pay for the $4.95 shipping. What you should do is put in your shipping information, then attempt to close out of the window. When you do, a little box will pop up pleading for you to try it for only $1.00 shipping. Score! :)

P.P.S. If you don't want to pay the ridiculously high price of $78.91 every month remeber to cancel your subscription!!

Hope this was helpful!

I would like to say thanks to all of you for your honesty in this situation. I was ready to make the call and luckily found out from a friend who was getting the run around just like everyone else.

I believe we are doomed, the foods we eat are overprocessed and taking tons of supplements can't be good for us either.

I just wanted to say thanks to all for your information and thanks for sharing.
