Do You Know the Best Diet Pills of 2017?

Just the mention of a product coming from the Amazon has the overtones of possessing mysterious health benefits. Acai (pronounced ah-sigh-ee) is the high-energy berry of a special Amazon palm tree. Its nutritional benefits are so powerful, Dr. Nicholas Perricone lists it as one of his top 10 Super Foods at Oprah's Web site.

Studies have shown that the Acai berry is one of the more nutritious and powerful foods on the planet. Harvested in the rainforests of Brazil, Acai tastes like a mix of berries and chocolate. Hidden within its purple pigment is what makes it the perfect energy fruit. Acai is packed full of antioxidants, amino acids and essential fatty acids. You probably won't find it in your local supermarket, but you may have better luck at health food stores, or from the many products springing up online.

The benefits of Acai are purported to be good for detoxing and maintaining optimal health for balancing your pH level. Proper pH balance is vital to our immune health and for disease prevention and correction. Other benefits you'll enjoy:

  • Acai has a high concentration of antioxidants that combat premature aging. It has 10 times the antioxidants that red grapes have, and as much as 30 times the anthocyanins of red wine. Anthocyanins may have antioxidant effects, possibly fighting cancer, diabetes, and bacterial infections, to name a few.
  • Healthy monounsaturated fats, dietary fiber and phytosterols together help promote cardiovascular and digestive health.
  • An amino acid complex in conjunction with valuable trace minerals, help with muscular health.

  • Research concludes that there appear to be significant benefits to Acai
  • On Dr. Perricone's list of Super Foods
  • Natural ingredients have disease-fighting qualities
  • Increases energy
  • Offers antioxidants and amino acids
  • Good source of fiber
  • Organic products available
  • Many juices and other products available in major grocers
  • Like other exotic products, Acai can be pricey
  • Many imposters

Each Acai product will vary in its ingredients. Be sure to look for Acai products that are all-natural, and do not include a long list of other ingredients. Acai in its purest form is most effective.

Acai comes in many forms, including the whole berry, juices, powders, capsules and pills, food items and more.

Like any weight loss product, you should commit to a consistent exercise regimen. Be sure to look for Acai products that support a balanced and active lifestyle.

Exotic health foods, like the Acai berry, can provide untapped health benefits, if you can afford it. For whatever reason, these organic products are often on the steep side. But what else is more important than your health? If you can find room in your budget, a product like Acai is worth exploring.

Acai is a legit fruit and the supplements out there vary so dig around and do some research. Some online retailers are trust worthy and remember nothing is ever truly free!

Acai Berries are awesome but you don't need to fall for some scam requiring a colon cleanse just eat your normal fiber and exercise but i have been doing the berries for years and am told that nobody buys the fact that I'm 44 years young (old lol)

I really like the acai berry pills, my appetite has decreased by about 50% , and I already see and feel a difference after under a week. At stores like walmart and walgreens they have a colon detox pill simply called colon cleanse and these seem to work as well as pricier ones I have bought online

ordered total cleanse and acai berry at the same time. i saw the ad and the write up was for me. the photos were too. the ad claims to try both at the same time. free. the berries came first. the berries claim to give you energy and to clean you out. (you get a day pill ((for energy)) and a nite pill for cleansing. the first two days i took it it made me poop and i do think i had more energy. but after the 1st two days- no more pooping. then the total cleanse came. that's one pill after lunch. same thing- the first time i took it (and i was still taking the berry day and nite) it made me have a massive, well, seemingly cleansing- poop. i think the 2nd day too. but the claim is that it keeps working. it has not kept working. i am not pooping every day and i have not lost any weight. i missed the deadline to cancel the berries, so they charged me once. when i called to cancel, i did not hold for a long time and the lady did not try to talk me into keeping the product. the total cleanse costs $78 too and though i held on the line for a very, very long time, they did cancel my order and i did not miss the deadline for that one. i get to keep the pills. i may go to the vitamin shoppe to see if they have something cheaper that may work. i am very disappointed because the claim is 4 lbs in the first few days. it has not done that for me at all, and i have been on the vitalacai for a week now and have no lost any weight. i give these two products a thumbs down. rats.

Okay, so here's the deal: all those myths you've heard about colon cleanses (like there are parasites that live there that cause you to gain weight or that there is gunky build-up that can cause cancer or that John Wayne had 15 pounds of crap in his intestine when he died) are all untested scientifically. Except for the John Wayne thing, which is completely and totally untrue. Colon cleanses do nothing for your body except give you diahrea. Sure, you weigh less afterward, but once you start eating again, you'll just gain it right back. And as for the acai diet, acai provides natural antioxidants, but it does NOT provide weight loss. Sorry. Don't fall for these "no diet, no exercise, just weight loss" fads. If you want to lose weight, you have to watch what you eat and exercise. There's no way around it. If you want to take acai for its disease-fighting power, then yeah, that's a good idea, but don't fall under the misapprehension that you're going to lose significant amounts of weight for it.

Okay...I havent order it, and i never will. ...the best way to lose wieght, honestly, is to poop all the crap out of your body. I had a ton of beer and fast food wieght. I'm not over wieght or anything, but I lost wieght and felt better to have more energy to workout and do my Pilates. The best cleanse is Total Body Cleanse (duo system). Go online to get it, or sometimes Super Supplements have it. A "magic berry" to loose wieght? come on! Eat right and clean out your system, and of course, excersize.

I bought it from the store. I foolishly ordered on line for both the pill trial and the Cleanse system. After reading what happens, I spent the better part of the day trying to cancel with over 70 minute waits on the phone!! I finally reached both. One said they cancelled, supposedly since it was on backorder, the other said they had no record of me. We will see, time will tell if i get a charge. Great idea about paypal, but best to go to HiHealth and buy a bottle.

I was also charged 75 buck after purchasing the free (ONLY PAY) S&H of 5.99. I tried calling the 1-800 number no answer so I cancelled my debit card. I can say it appears that my appetite is suppressing. I have been taking them for about three weeks. It's ashame the companies felt they need to scam people. I would have probably reordered, but now I'll try a health food store.

DO NOT ORDER!!! I wanted to try the free trail so they sent it to me and I called to cancel twice and they refuse to cancel and want to charge me $80!!! they are a bunch of idiots and are scamming everyone out of money.

stay away from this, unless you want to be sick and never leave the bathroom..

This product is a scam. I ordered the free trial and its been two months and still nothing. Also after the initial 14 days I was charged $90. I did go to the health store and bought some there. I have not seen anything change than out through the wrong place. DO NOT DO THIS DIET!!!!!!!!!

Just to let you know Wonder Labs has it for 15.99 for 1 month supply and they are very trustworthy.Backordered for 2 weeks though but will be worth the wait

I ordered trials from 2 different companies, due to the fact the first one never came, then the second one never came.I cancelled my debit card so no more charges could be made and when I try to call customer service both companies have same support number with no answer.I just went to GNC and bought it for $35 for a month supply and if it doesn't work I can take it back.
