Dr. Oz’s Five Steps to Move It and Lose It

  1. You need to know your BMI. Simply calculate your height and weight and plug and chug in the BMI calculator on Dr. Oz’s website.
  2. Set your weight loss goal. This will be determined by your personal health assessment, as well as your BMI.
  3. Become a food logger by tracking your food choices on the Move It and Lose It website with your own food journal.
  4. Join the weight loss community and chart your progress through the challenge’s website. You can find friends, motivators, trainers and others to help you achieve and stick to your goal.
  5. Commit to 30 minutes of exercise a day. You’ll be inspired to move everyday with the Nike Spark trainers.
