I was vegan for a while and am now vegetarian. I lost 20 lbs when I was vegan and have gained 10 lbs of it back.

I currently weigh 155 lbs as of March 29

The goals I'm working toward:

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

I hit puberty

My favorite healthy food:

cooked veggies

My guiltiest pleasure:

carbs. ugh.

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to feel better about myself

  • Not eating fried foods
  • Replacing soda and other drinks with water
  • Being vegetarian
