About Me:

Quit smoking abount 9 months ago after 25 years of 3 packs a day. Gained 30 pounds and was heavy to begin with. Just lost 40 pounds and hope to lose another 35. Just started, to my amazement, jogging on my treadmill, slowly but I did it!! Im exicited to continute my quest for a healthy lifesytle.
