college

strawberries, smoothies, cereal, grilled veggies.

My guiltiest pleasure:

anything sweet and chocolaty, Cheese

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to look and feel good

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • cut back on the chocolate
  • only keep helthy snacks at home to avoid bad choices

My favorite activity at the gym is:
