The goals I'm working toward:

  • Losing 30 lbs. but slowly my goal right now is 8.
  • Raising my kids to make healthy food choices
  • Getting over my "issues" with food

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

I had my son three years ago.

Anything from Kashi

My guiltiest pleasure:

Guacamole and Salsa. I could eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner!

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to be an example for my children.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • I workout first thing in the morning
  • I don't go to the store hunger

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Yoga, and spin class

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • I've already lost 25 lbs
  • My two (as of right now) children
  • I've inspired my husband to begin working out again
