- Losing 30 lbs. but slowly my goal right now is 8.
- Raising my kids to make healthy food choices
- Getting over my "issues" with food

I had my son three years ago.

Anything from Kashi
My guiltiest pleasure:
Guacamole and Salsa. I could eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner!
I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:
I want to be an example for my children.
Healthy habits that work for me:
- I workout first thing in the morning
- I don't go to the store hunger
My favorite activity at the gym is:
Yoga, and spin class
The accomplishments I'm most proud of:
- I've already lost 25 lbs
- My two (as of right now) children
- I've inspired my husband to begin working out again
