What is the 17 Day Diet?

Cycle 1 of the 17 Day Diet focuses on improving digestive health. Cycle one helps clear sugar from the blood to boost fat-burning and discourage fat storage. During this stage your diet will consist of lean protein, vegetables, low-sugar fruits, probiotic foods like yogurt and good fats. You should exercise at least 17 minutes each day.

on this diet do I have to eat a meal when not hungry? Also this is 17 days for me and one day I cheated and got right back on and can maintain. Do I have to start from beginning or can I go to activate?

i am wondering would this work for a insulin dependent diabetic and someone who allergic to milk. i do drink a soy based milk. but have not found a yougurt that does not hurt my stomach and i do like milk and yougurt. i also have a 100 lbs to loose.
