Saturday Morning Drills: 7 Moves to Amazing Abs

The full sit-up will help you get that rippled look in the front of your abs as it requires all ab front muscles to engage to lift your torso up toward the ceiling.

Simply start by lying on the ground with knees bent and arms positioned in front of your chest. Then lift up slowly engaging your abs while simultaneously lifting your arms up toward the ceiling. Once you reach the top and your back is almost completely straight up, lower back down. Make this extra challenging by slowing way down so you're not relying on momentum at all. Complete a total of 20 sit-ups.
