Transition right from hip raises to spiderman for even more oblique targeting. Get into a push-up plank position and drive your knee up and out toward your shoulder. You should feel this in your obliques as you squeeze to lift your leg higher. Repeat on the other side - this is one rep. Complete a total of 20 reps.
