HIGH INTENSITY (1 minute): Squat Sweep

How to do it:

  • Start standing, with your feet hip width apart, and both arms extended out in front of your chest, with your thumbs touching.

  • Perform a squat by bending your knees and sitting back into your hips (making sure to keep your knees behind your toes as they bend) and open your arms down and out by the outsides of your thighs, with your palms facing forward.

  • Quickly, stand up out of your squat and bring your arms back to your starting position. Repeat as quickly as you can for one full minute.

  • If you want to make this more difficult, add a jump as you rise up out of your squat, and land back into your squat position, keeping your arms the same.
